Typically lasting around an hour, the Body MOT provides a comprehensive overview of your current health status.
Tests include:
Blood Pressure, Weight, Body Mass Index, Body fat % (electronic and manual)
Body measurements such as height, waist, thigh and upper arm diameter.
VO2Max equivalent indicates fitness level
Squat assessment: to look for incorrect muscle recruitment, tight or weak muscle pairs, and joints out of alignment.
A comprehensive report will be created detailing the findings and illustrating how the establishment of Smart goals, coupled with consistent effort, can positively transform your future.
Maintain a food diary for a week that reflects your typical eating habits. We will perform an analysis focusing on macronutrients— Fat, Carbohydrates, and Protein—and provide guidance on what modifications you can make to achieve a more balanced diet.
Tailored 12-week programs designed to align with your specific goals, whether it be fat loss, enhanced strength, or improved endurance.
